How to book your Yacht Charter

Below we give you instructions for making a reservation on the Top Adria Charter website.

Step 1

Search engine

Using our simple search engine and a detailed filter, you can start your research.
Choose the desired destination, region, period, type and size of vessel, number of people or individual pieces of equipment.

Step 2

List of vessels

According to your choices, a list of vessels appears on the results page, which you can then filter.

Step 3

Selection of desired yachts

In the list of vessels you will find all vessels that match your search criteria.
You can deal with one or more vessels as follows:

• View yacht details
• Send an inquiry for the specified vessel
• Ask for a non-binding option

Step 4

Top Adria Charter offers

In a short period of time you will receive our list of available yachts of your choice and any other alternative offers we can recommend.
Through this offer, you can send an option or request for a reservation by clicking on the appropriate link.

In addition to our offers, you can send us an option or request for a reservation

Reservation request: means sending a request for the execution of a fixed reservation. The reservation will be fixed only after we confirm the reservation with a confirmation.

Step 5

Option / Confirmation of reservation

After we receive your option or booking request, we will send you confirmation if the boat is still available.

With the reservation confirmation, you will also receive a "Fair" contract, which we will ask you to sign and send back to us by e-mail (scanned).

Step 6

Transfer of the first rental price / or transfer of the full rental amount

If your rental does not start earlier than 2 months after the reservation confirmation, the rental will be divided into two installments:

• 50% of the rental amount must be paid within 7 days after the confirmation of the reservation.
• 50% of the rental amount must be paid up to 5 weeks before the start of the rental.

If your rental starts within approximately 1.5 months, the full rental amount is due within 7 days of booking confirmation.

You will receive exact information about payment conditions with the booking confirmation.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account of Top Adria Charter. All additional costs listed in our offers and reservations with the note "payable at the base" should be paid at the base, during check-in.

Step 7

Confirmation of payment

After we register your transaction in our account, we will send you a payment confirmation by e-mail.

Step 8

Basic information

After you have paid the full amount of the charter, you will receive basic information for your application or a boarding pass (depending on the practice of individual charter companies)

Step 9

Your charter begins

Upon your return, we will contact you to hear your impressions. For this purpose, we will ask you to complete our charter assessment or past survey to rank boats, charter companies and marinas for the next year. Join us and help us set excellence apart.
